Our Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that returns, exchanges and refunds are only accepted within Canada. No return, exchange or refund shall be made on international orders.
Authorization must be obtained from montméd before the return of any product.
To obtain authorization, call customer service at 1 (866) 695-1222 or email us: email@example.com
You will be provided an authorization number.
Then, fill out our return form, print out a copy and include it in your package.
- Returned products must be in the original packaging and packed in a second container (external packaging).
- Freight on all returned products must be prepaid.
- The refund will be effected once the product is received at our warehouse and has been approved.
- Products shipped in error by montméd will receive a full refund.
- Products returned within 90 days of the invoice date, intact and in resalable condition will be subject to a 10% reprocessing fee.
- Products ineligible for return will not be reimbursed.
Ineligible products include:
- Products returned without authorization.
- Products returned more than 90 days after the invoice date.
- Products opened or used.
- Products with an expired expiration date.
- Sterile products (pen needles and syringes).
